Residents are monitored based on their need and the care plan devised by our nurse, in coordination with the resident, doctor and family. If a resident is independent and not in need of care services our Dining Staff ensure residents receive meal services and are monitored.
Do residents bring their own linens? Wash their own?

All meals are included in the monthly fee; breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Residents are not required to eat all three meals. Residents can sit at any open seat in the Dining Room. The seating is not assigned, but residents choose to sit in particular seats - so, residents assign themselves. Room Service is also available.

Could we move to a larger apartment later on?
Residents residing within the community have first choice of vacancy.
Could we come any time to visit or stay for a meal?
