 
Grove Dining Service
For many of our residents, dining is the most important facet of their daily activity. The Grove at San Carlos Elms provides meals appropriate for the residents we serve in relation to presentation, serving size, tactility, and ease of intake. All menus are created weekly, as rotating menus are not utilized. We understand that good food and the residents ability to recognize familiar food items are paramount to a successful dining service in The Grove.
The Grove Dining Room
Comfortable and familiar surroundings lend to a higher level of success with The Grove dining program. To ensure this concept is carried through our dining service, we utilize a family style dining experience. Our dining room is designed to put our residents at ease and allow them the opportunity to successfully participate in meals and the enjoyment of our dining atmosphere.
The Care Staff
To complement The Grove dining service, care staff are dedicated to providing friendly, compassionate service. Our kind and courteous care staff are the first in line when it comes to resident preferences or special diets. The care staff take great pride in learning each resident's dining needs and desires. The care by the staff during meals can lend to a more successful dining experience for our residents.
Our Menu
Creative menus are the cornerstone to providing a superior and successful dining service. The creation of every menu and every entrée is a culmination of family suggestion, feedback and satisfaction based on actual dining experiences. Our menus are created on a week-to-week basis. By creating our menus each week we allow for seasonal changes, requests, holiday specials, and of course the ability to adjust as our residents preferences change.
